The Best of the Feast
Feb 8, 2017 – Colossians 4
Celebrate
Jesus, Every Day!
Some men are still searching for Jesus. You’re
now the guiding light in the eastern sky.
Please join
with us sharing God’s Word daily. We spend about fifteen minutes a day
praying and reading every word in God’s Word in approximately three years.
Dear Saints,
Today we prayerfully continue our Feast in the book of Colossians. By reading Colossians 4.
In Colossians 4 Paul is
urging those in power to take care of those who work for them just as God has
cared for them. Continuing constantly in prayer in the name of
Jesus. We are to be examples of Christian life in no matter what
we are doing. Paul prays that God’s grace be with them in his
closing greetings to the Colossians. “17 And say
to Archippus, "Take heed to the ministry which you have received in the
Lord, that you may fulfill it." 18 This salutation by my own hand--Paul. Remember my
chains. Grace be with you. Amen..” Colossians 4:17-18 – New
King James Version (NKJV). How do you
think Paul would be closing the epistle if we were the saints he was
addressing today? He would probably say never to cease celebrating
the birth of our Lord and Savior Jesus. Let our light
continue to shine in its fullness for those wise enough to be seeking Jesus.
“1 Now after Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judea
in the days of Herod the king, behold, wise men from the East came to
Jerusalem, 2 saying, “Where is He who has been born King of the Jews? For we
have seen His star in the East and have come to worship Him.” Matthew 2:1-2 NKJV. Honor
Jesus in everything you do and say (see Colossians 3:17). Remember
God sent Jesus to save the world not condemn it. If the Lord is willing I will
write and post the Feast tomorrow.
He
will not call forever, this may be the last call from Jesus to you! Is Jesus calling you? Do
you want to experience perfect love? Do you want to find true
happiness, peace, and purpose in your life? If the answer is yes
to any of these questions, please click the following link; admenu.com/calling.html.
Today’s Verse; “[ Love Your Enemies ] “You
have heard that it was said, ‘You shall love your neighbor and hate your
enemy.’ But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do
good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and
persecute you, that you may be sons of your Father in heaven; for He makes
His sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on
the unjust.” Matthew 5:43-45 NKJV.
