(16-22)”  -  Matthew Henry Concise Return to Admenu – Admenu’s Alternate Site Dear Saints, Today we prayerfully continue our Feast reading Ecclesiastes Chapter 3.  There is instability in the affairs of men.  God encompasses all things and is the stability men seek.  Seeking stability in worldly affairs is vain.  “22 So I saw that there is nothing better than that a man should rejoice in his work, for that is his lot. Who can bring him to see what will be after him? “   Ecclesiastes 2:26  English Standard Version (ESV).  Fear of the Lord sheds light on the works of the worldly (See Proverbs 1:7).  "For the word of the Lord is upright, and all his work is done in faithfulness.
