Today’s Feast
Mar. 31, 2014 – Isaiah 33
O Lord, Be Gracious to Us
Share the Feast in God’s Word;
join us as we share God’s Word daily as Easter, Sunday April 20th approaches!
“1 God shall arise, his
enemies shall be scattered; and those who hate him shall flee before him!” Psalm 68:1
Isaiah Chapter 33, “God's
judgments against the enemies of his church. (1-14) The
happiness of his people. (15-24)” - Matthew Henry Concise
Dear Saints,
Today we prayerfully continue our Feast by reading
Isaiah Chapter 33. God’s people are instructed to be patient and (see
Isaiah
25:9-10) to wait on
God. God will bestow the gift of salvation
(see Psalm
15:2) for all who call Him Father. “24
And no inhabitant will say, “I am sick”; the people who dwell there will be
forgiven their iniquity.” Isaiah 32:18-20 English
Standard Versions (ESV). Again the Messiah
is prophesized here in Isaiah (see 1
Peter 2:6) and God’s promise is fulfilled through Jesus. “But
he was pierced for our transgressions; he was crushed for our iniquities; upon
him was the chastisement that brought us peace, and with his wounds we are
healed. All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned—every one—to his
own way; and the Lord has laid on him the iniquity of us all.” Isaiah 53:5-6 ESV. There is no sin committed by any person that Jesus didn’t pay for? As a
born again believer you can rest assured (see Romans
8:1-2) that any sin past or future was paid for by Jesus
on the cross. How far is East separated from the west? The farthest you can possibly
travel North is one hundred eighty degrees and from that point you could only
travel South for one hundred eighty degrees.
However if you travel East you will never travel West unless you turn
around. Jesus has separated us as far
from the East as it is from the West (See Psalm
103:12) from our sin. That is by the Grace of God!
Is Jesus calling
you today? Do you want true freedom? Do you want to find true happiness, peace
and purpose in your life? If the
answer is yes to any of these questions please click the following link; http://www.admenu.com/calling.htm

“He was despised and rejected by men; a
man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief; and as one from whom men hide
their faces he was despised, and we esteemed him not. Surely he has borne our
griefs and carried our sorrows; yet we esteemed him stricken, smitten by God,
and afflicted.” Isaiah 53:3-4 ESV.

A King Will Reign In Righteousness
Today’s Feast
Mar. 30, 2014 – Isaiah 32
A King Will Reign In Righteousness
Share the Feast in God’s Word;

“13 the
meadows clothe themselves with flocks,
the valleys deck themselves with grain, they shout and sing together for joy.” Psalm 65:13
Isaiah Chapter 32, “Times
of peace and happiness. (1-8) An
interval of trouble, yet comfort and blessings in the end. (9-20)” - Matthew Henry Concise
Dear Saints,
Today we prayerfully continue our Feast by reading
Isaiah Chapter 32. It begins with prophesy about Jesus the coming Messiah’s (see
Jeremiah
23:5) reign. Those who love the messiah (see
Isaiah
30:23) will have all their needs fulfilled. “18
My people will abide in a peaceful habitation, in secure dwellings, and in
quiet resting places. 19 And it will
hail when the forest falls down, and the city will be utterly laid low. 20 Happy are you who sow beside all waters,
who let the feet of the ox and the donkey range free.” Isaiah
32:18-20 English Standard Versions (ESV). The Messiah was prophesized here in Isaiah (see
Isaiah
28:16) and this promise was fulfilled through Jesus. “He
was despised and rejected by men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with
grief; and as one from whom men hide their faces he was despised, and we
esteemed him not. Surely he has borne our griefs and carried our sorrows; yet
we esteemed him stricken, smitten by God, and afflicted.” Isaiah 53:3-4 ESV. The most important question that a person
must answer is not; are you solvent, how
much did you make last year (see Mark
8:35-37) or even how did you vote? The most important question a person needs
to answer for them self is do you know Jesus?
If the answer is true it will be confirmed by the answer to this
question. Have you been (see
John
3:1-3) born again?
If this is true Jesus
will reign in righteousness in your life.
Will you answer Jesus
while you are being called? Do you long for true
freedom? Do you want to find true happiness,
peace and purpose in your life? If the
answer is yes to any of these questions please click the following link; http://www.admenu.com/calling.htm

Woe to Those Who Go Down to Egypt
Today’s Feast
Mar. 29, 2014 – Isaiah 31
Woe to Those Who Go Down to Egypt
Share the Feast in God’s Word;
join us as we share God’s Word daily as Easter, Sunday April 20th approaches!
“7 Some trust in chariots
and some in horses, but we trust in the name of the Lord our
God.” Psalm 20:7
Isaiah Chapter 31, “The
sin and folly of seeking help from Egypt. (1-5) God's care for Jerusalem.
(6-9)”
-
Matthew Henry Concise
Dear Saints,
Today we prayerfully
continue our Feast by reading Isaiah Chapter 31. God takes offense when the Jews turn to
workers of iniquity (see Isaiah
22:11) for help.
The love of silver & gold (see
Isaiah 1:5) will drive many from the
Lord. “9 His rock shall pass
away in terror, and his officers desert the standard in panic,” declares the
Lord, whose fire is in Zion, and whose furnace is in Jerusalem.” Isaiah 31:9 English Standard Versions (ESV). What do we see going on here in Isaiah
31? Many of God’s people are looking
to (see Isaiah
31:1) men and government for peace and comfort. If this
sounds foreign to you listen to the conversations going on in “Christian”
circle; brothers and sisters fervently supporting a politician or blaming
another race loudly because of the way they “think or act”. If they would only put so much heart into
sharing the love of Jesus and the price He paid on the cross. “For
our sake he made him to be sin who knew no sin, so that in him we might become
the righteousness of God.” 2 Corinthians 5:21 ESV.
We need to die to the flesh (see 1
John 2:16) and live for Jesus our savior. Don’t get caught up in arguments about
government or politicians; remember Jesus alone can save people (see
Jude
1:22-24) from the sins of the flesh. Jesus can keep us from (bowing down to the flesh) going down to Egypt.
Can you her Jesus
calling you? Do you long for love? Do you want to find true happiness, peace
and purpose in your life? If the
answer is yes to any of these questions please click the following link; http://www.admenu.com/calling.htm

The Lord Will Be Gracious?
Today’s Feast
Mar. 28, 2014 – Isaiah 30
The Lord Will Be Gracious?
Share the Feast in God’s Word;
join us as we share God’s Word daily as Easter, Sunday April 20th approaches!
“3 For still the vision awaits its
appointed time;
it hastens to the end—it will not lie. If it seems slow wait for it; will surely come; it will not delay” Habakkuk 2:3
Isaiah Chapter 30, “The
Jews reproved for seeking aid from Egypt. (1-7) Judgements in consequence of
their contempt of God's word. (8-18) God's mercies to his church. (19-26) The
ruin of the Assyrian army, and of all God's enemies. (27-33)” - Matthew Henry Concise
Dear Saints,
Today we prayerfully
continue our Feast by reading Isaiah Chapter 30. The prophecy calls for stiff (see Isaiah 1:2 ) necked
people to trust God and to look to no none other for their needs. The Jews as a people were God’s though many
of them (see Isaiah 31:3 ) were
rebellious. God is calling out (see Isaiah 35:8) I
am the way, walk with me; “18 Therefore the Lord
waits to be gracious to you, and therefore he exalts himself to show mercy to
you. For the Lord is a God of justice; blessed are all those who wait for
him.” Isaiah 30:18 English
Standard Versions (ESV). There is only
one God that was sacrificed for sinners. Only one God that gave his only begotten son
to be sacrificed for our sin. Only one
God (see John
14:25-27) who guides us and gives us peace and comfort. “For there is one God,
and there is one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, who gave
himself as a ransom for all, which is the testimony given at the proper time.” 1 Timothy 2:5-6 ESV. Jesus Christ’s
name is the only one we need (see Acts
4:11-12) when calling on God. There
is no “higher power” we should be trusting in. Our God Jesus (see John
1:1-5) is the “intelligent
designer” the world is looking for. How much more gracious can God be than to
send His only son Jesus to die (see Romans
5:6-8) for all of our sins?
Is Jesus calling
you? Do you long for peace? Do you want to find true happiness, peace
and purpose in your life? If the
answer is yes to any of these questions please click the following link; http://www.admenu.com/calling.htm
