The Feast Matthew 9

7th Year 11-12 Edition 3 Mat 9       l The Feast Daily Edition l Jan 10, 2012 Matthew 9                 Dear Saints,   Today we prayerfully continue the Feast in the New Testament Matthew 9. In this Scripture is where we see Jesus challenging those who called themselves believers; “1 And getting into a boat he crossed over and came to his own city. 2 And behold, some people brought to him a paralytic, lying on a bed. And when Jesus saw their faith, he said to the paralytic, “Take heart, my son; your sins are forgiven.” 3 And behold, some of the scribes said to themselves, “This man is blaspheming.” 4 But Jesus, knowing their thoughts, said, “Why do you think evil in your hearts? 5 For which is easier, to say, ‘Your sins are forgiven,’ or to say, ‘Rise and walk’? 6 But that you may know that the Son of Man has authority on earth to forgive sins”—he then said to the paralytic—“Rise, pick up your bed and go home.” 7 And he rose and went home. 8 When the crowds saw it, they were afraid, and they glorified God, who had given such authority to men.“ Matthew 9:1-8  English Standard Version (ESV).  Now I see, Jesus has power over all things. Once again we see how important it is to focus on our relationship as we Feast on God’s Word.   Once more, keeping the first thing first.  That’s salvation the gift of God, forgiveness of sin. Life more abundantly everlasting goodness.  So now we can go forward, walking humbly, pronouncing Jesus the Christ to a hungry world.  We are faithfully feasting on God’s Word; “but as he who called you is holy, you also be holy in all your conduct, since it is written, “You shall be holy, for I am holy.” 1 Peter 1:15-16 ESV.  What do you think about our feast Saint?  I’m not educated nor am I a Theologian so if I’m mistaken in the Feast or you want something added / changed on the prayer list please write mlitew8@gmail.com.  If the Lord is willing I’ll send and post the Feast again tomorrow.    Please look at the prayer and praise list and send me corrections to help update it. http://www.admenu.com/am/praise.html just look at it for us. You the living Saints that are God’s Church, made by his hands, God will bless you as you pray continuously with us. We are the Saints that Jesus sacrificed his life to pay in full for our sin, when we repent and accept Jesus.  He will come to get every Saint; “…But concerning that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son, but the Father only.” Matthew 24:36. We are building our relationship with Jesus right now, do not wait while you try to change anything.   THE FEAST   Tue Jan 10, 2012 - Matthew 9, Jesus returns to Capernaum, and heals a paralytic.
