Admenu Creation – Evolution News 26 September - Habakkuk 2 Dear Saints, Today we prayerfully Feast in Habakkuk 2. This is, a big message hard for some to understand. The "Idols" are made by man, there is no life in them. What help do we expect from a lifeless image made by man? Then our maker God is life itself, he sent his son Jesus to rescue us from ourselves. "18 "What profit is an idol when its maker has shaped it, a metal image, a teacher of lies? For its maker trusts in his own creation when he makes speechless idols! 19 Woe to him who says to a wooden thing, Awake; to a silent stone, Arise! Can this teach?Behold, it is overlaid with gold and silver, and there is no breath at all in it. 20But the LORD is in his holy temple; let all the earth keep silence before him." Habakkuk 2:18 - 20 ESV. Listen, there is no help in false gods created without life by the hand man. man, there is no life in them. Our help indeed our very breath comes from God and Jesus by whom all things were made. 1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2He was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made through him, and without him was not any thing made that was made. 4 In him was life, and the life was the light of men. 5 The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it. John 1:1-5 ESV “For we know him who said, "Vengeance is mine; I will repay." And again, "The Lord will judge his people."
