2015 – II Samuel 2
Excluding God From Government?
Please join with us sharing God’s
Word daily. We will spend about fifteen minutes a day praying and reading
every word in God’s Word in approximately three years.

in God my Savior,… 49 for he who is mighty has
done great things for me, and holy is his name.” Luke

Dear Saints,
Thank you for joining us, as we prayerfully continue the Feast in 2nd
Samuel Chapter
2; “David made king in Hebron. (1-7) Abner makes Ishbosheth king Battle between
Abner's men and those of Joab. (8-17) Asahel slain by Abner: 25-32. Both parties
retreat. (18-24)” -Matthew
Henry Concise.
David and all his family go to Hebron where David is made king.
The commander of Saul’s Army, Abner makes Ishbosheth king! Battles such as a
revolution, breaks out between Abner’s men and those of Joab. Asahel is
pierced through the stomach with the butt of his spear by Abner is slain.
Both parties retreat.. If Men would consider the result of their actions
before they act they might avoid sin. Excluding God from government or any
area of our life will cause bitterness in the end! Asahel’s funeral is here
mentioned. “32 And they took up Asahel and buried him in the tomb of
his father, which was at Bethlehem. And Joab and his men marched all night,
and the day broke upon them at Hebron.” 2
Samuel 2:32, ESV. Each of us needed Jesus to make our lives, whole and
sin free! Let’s keep God in charge of every area of our lives. Please keep
the first thing first that is salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ. “[Submission to
the Authorities] Let every person be subject to the governing authorities.
For there is no authority except from God, and those that exist have been
instituted by God.” Romans
13:1, ESV. If the Lord is willing I’ll send and post the Feast

Don’t get caught up in “religion”, it is about a relationship.
Our salvation depends completely on God! We are the Saints that Jesus
sacrificed his life to pay in full for our sin, when we repent and accept
Jesus. He will come to get every Saint; “36 “But concerning
that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son,
but the Father only.” Matthew 24:36, ESV. We are building our relationship with Jesus right now, do
not wait while you try to change anything.
