Return to Admenu – Admenu’s Alternate Site Dear Saints, Thank you for joining us, as we prayerfully continue the Feast in Matthew Chapter 15; “Jesus discourses about human traditions. (1-9) He warns against things which really defile. (10-20) He heals the daughter of a Syrophenician woman. (21-28) Jesus heals the sick, and miraculously feeds four thousand. (1-9) (29-39)“ - Matthew Henry Concise. Today as we continue the Feast in the New Testament Matthew 15, here we see Jesus talks about false religions which leads those who want to know God to hell; “3 He answered and said to them, "Why do you also transgress the commandment of God because of your tradition? 4 For God commanded, saying, 'Honor your father and your mother'; and, 'He who curses father or mother, let him be put to death.' 5 But you say, 'Whoever says to his father or mother, "Whatever profit you might have received from me is a gift to God"-- 6 then he need not honor his father or mother.' Thus you have made the commandment of God of no effect by your tradition. 7 Hypocrites! Well did Isaiah prophesy about you, saying: 8 'These people draw near to Me with their mouth, And honor Me with their lips, But their heart is far from Me. 9 And in vain they worship Me, Teaching as doctrines the commandments of men.'"“ Matthew 15:3-9 NKJV. Now think about this; (John 14:6) God's word tells us that the only way to reach God is through faith in Jesus. You don't need a man of the cloth or Holy Order to interpret God's Word for you! That's the work of the (John 14:26) Holy Spirit! The only Saints that can pray for you are still alive (Ephesians 2:19) and trusting Jesus! Even if an angel from heaven or “Priest tries to show you a new or different religion, book, or anything that doesn't hold up to the whole bible; “3 But I fear, lest somehow, as the serpent deceived Eve by his craftiness, so your minds may be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ. 4 For if he who comes preaches another Jesus whom we have not preached, or if you receive a different spirit which you have not received, or a different gospel which you have not accepted--you may well put up with it! ” 2 Corinthians 11:4 NKJV. Hold them and their gospel up to the bible to make sure you won't be cheated out of Salvation! Don’t get caught up in “religion”, it is about a relationship. Our salvation depends completely on God! We are the Saints that Jesus sacrificed his life (Romans 5:15) to pay in full for our sin, when we repent and accept Jesus. He will come to get every Saint; “36 "But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, but My Father only.” Matthew 24:36 NKJV. We are building our relationship with Jesus right now, do not wait while you try to change anything.
