Today we prayerfully continue our Feast in God's Word in Joel 2. We thank you Jesus, please let our relationship grow as we read your Holy Word. A Call to acceptance and fellowship; “32And it shall come to pass that everyone who calls on the name of the LORD shall be saved. For in Mount Zion and in Jerusalem there shall be those who escape, as the LORD has said, and among the survivors shall be those whom the LORD calls.” Joel 2:32 The Holy Bible English Standard Version (ESV), The Lord is still calling Saints to relationship following Jesus. Again we see the first thing (salvation) first. When we turn from our sin and turn to accept Jesus, we begin our new relationship. If God is willing we will share the Feast again tomorrow. Jesus answered the scribe’s question about the most important commandment; “29Jesus answered, "The most important is, 'Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. 30And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength. 31 The second is this: 'You shall love your neighbor as yourself.' Many Saints pray to accept Jesus as their Savior and turn from our sin. If you do, you need fellowship! Your salvation depends completely on God! We are the Saints that Jesus sacrificed his life to pay in full for our sin, when we repent and follow Jesus. We worship and fellowship in a Church that measures up to God's Word.
