God’s People Will Find Rest

Today’s Feast June 29, 2014-Hebrews 3 God’s People Will Find Rest clic aquí en español * Please join with us sharing God’s Word daily.  We will spend about fifteen minutes a day praying and reading every word in God’s Word in approximately three year.  Gods Not Dead! “2 O LORD, be gracious to us; we long for you. Be our strength every morning, our salvation in time of distress. ” Isaiah 33:2 Return to Admenu – Admenu’s Alternate Site   Dear Saints, Today we prayerfully continue our Feast by reading the book of Hebrews Chapter 3; “The superior worth and dignity of Christ above Moses is shown. (1-6) The Hebrews are warned of the sin and danger of unbelief. (7-13) And of necessity of faith in Christ, and of stedfastly following him. (14-19)” - Matthew Henry Concise.  Be brave, don’t lose hope as those who followed Moses did because (see Hebrews 3:1-6 ) Jesus our leader and savior is greater than Moses.  Be of good faith encourage one another each day so that you (see Hebrews 3:7-13) will enter into God’s rest.   We are not like people that heard God’s voice and rebelled (see Hebrews 3:14-19) therefor we shall dwell with Jesus forever.  “17 Now with whom was He angry forty years? Was it not with those who sinned, whose corpses fell in the wilderness? 18 And to whom did He swear that they would not enter His rest, but to those who did not obey? 19 So we see that they could not enter in because of unbelief.” Hebrews 3:17-19 New King James Version (NKJV).  Trust God who began a good work in us (see Philippians 1:6) to see that work through to completion; “The Lord will perfect that which concerns me; Your mercy, O Lord, endures forever; Do not forsake the works of Your hands.” Psalm 138:8 NKJV.  Do not look to or trust in men for help (see Hebrews 12:2) keep your eyes on and trust in Jesus who died for us.
