and by becoming like human beings. When
he found himself in the form of a human,” Philippians

Dear Saints,
Today we prayerfully continue
our Feast by reading the book of Hebrews Chapter 4; “Humble,
cautious fear is urged, lest any should come short of the promised rest,
through unbelief.(1-10) Arguments
and motives to faith and hope in our approaches to God. (11-16)” - Matthew Henry Concise.
God’s promises us we will enter into His rest therefor we must be
diligent (see Hebrews
4:1) to hold on to and share our faith. Jesus is our
great high priest, (see Hebrews 4:14) , hold on to what we
have said about him. “15 For we do not
have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but
one who in every respect has been tempted as we are, yet without
sin. 16 Let us then with confidence draw near to the
throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of
need.” Hebrews 4:15-16 English Standard Version (ESV).
Do what you have been called to
do loving both God and your neighbors “37 And he said to him, “You shall love the Lord your God
with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. 38 This
is the great and first commandment. 39 And a second
is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself.” Matthew 22:37-39 ESV. It is imperative that we hold onto and stress
that (see Romans
1:28-31) that today is the day of salvation, while we can still hear
Jesus our great and high priest calling.

“2 O LORD, be gracious to us; we long for you. Be our
strength every morning, our salvation in time of distress. ” Isaiah 33:2

Dear Saints,
Today we prayerfully continue
our Feast by reading the book of Hebrews Chapter 3; “The
superior worth and dignity of Christ above Moses is shown. (1-6) The
Hebrews are warned of the sin and danger of unbelief. (7-13) And
of necessity of faith in Christ, and of stedfastly following him. (14-19)” - Matthew Henry Concise.
Be brave, don’t lose hope as those who followed Moses did because (see
Hebrews 3:1-6 ) Jesus our leader and savior
is greater than Moses. Be of good
faith encourage one another each day so that you (see Hebrews 3:7-13) will enter into God’s
rest. We are not like people that heard God’s
voice and rebelled (see Hebrews 3:14-19) therefor we shall dwell
with Jesus forever. “17 Now
with whom was He angry forty years? Was it not with those
who sinned, whose corpses fell in the wilderness? 18 And to whom
did He swear that they would not enter His rest, but to those who did not
obey? 19 So we see that they could not enter in because of
unbelief.” Hebrews 3:17-19 New King James Version (NKJV).
Trust God who began a good work in us (see Philippians
1:6) to see that
work through to completion; “The Lord will
perfect that which concerns me; Your mercy, O Lord, endures forever;
Do not forsake the works of Your hands.” Psalm 138:8 NKJV.
Do not look to or trust in men for help (see Hebrews
12:2) keep
your eyes on and trust in Jesus who died for us.
Do you believe the bible is God’s
Word? Do you feel like Jesus is
calling you? Do you want to find true
happiness, peace and purpose in your life?

Do Not Neglect Salvation

Do Not Neglect Salvation

“17 The Spirit and the bride say, "Come!" And
let him who hears say, "Come!" Whoever is thirsty, let him come;
and whoever wishes, let him take the free gift of the water of life.” Revelation 22:17

Dear Saints,
Today we prayerfully continue
our Feast by reading the book of Hebrews Chapter 2; “The duty of
stedfastly adhering to Christ and his gospel. (1-4) His sufferings are
no objection against his pre-eminence. (5-9) The reason of his
sufferings, and the fitness of them. (10-13)Christ's taking the
nature of man, and not his taking the nature of angels, was necessary to his
priestly office. (14-18)” - Matthew Henry Concise.
Hold fast and honor the gift of salvation (see Hebrews 2:1-4) delivered to us by God
through the sacrifice of His only son Jesus. Jesus became a man of flesh who remained
sinless and willingly suffered and died (see Hebrews 2:5-9) so that you and I
might gain salvation. In other words Jesus became flesh (see
Hebrews 2:10-13) and suffered a violent
death to give us victory over death. Jesus doesn’t die for the angels, (see
Hebrews 2:14-18) He died to for us, the
seed of Abraham which were lost in our sin. “17 Therefore, in all things He had to
be made like His brethren, that He might be a merciful and
faithful High Priest in things pertaining to God, to make
propitiation for the sins of the people. 18 For in that He Himself
has suffered, being tempted, He is able to aid those who are tempted.” Hebrews 2:17-18 New King James Version (NKJV).
God’s Word is very clear about who and why (see Romans 5:14-16) Jesus the only Son of
God came to redeem; “The Lord is not slack concerning His promise,
as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any
should perish but that all should come to repentance.” 2 Peter 3:9 NKJV. Jesus died to pay in
full for the sins (see John 3:16) for anyone who will repent
and ask Him into their life.

calling you? Do you want to find true
happiness, peace and purpose in your life?

“1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was
with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was in the beginning with
God. 3 All things were made through him, and without him was
not anything made that was made. 4 In him was
life, and the life was the light of men. 5 The light shines in the
darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.” John
