Requirements. Luke 12

7th Year 11-12 Edition 3 – Luk.12 l The Feast l          July_11_2012 Luke 12     Dear  Saints,   Today we prayerfully continue Feasting in Luke12.  We become part of God’s family  when we accept God’s gift Jesus.  He said our burden would be light.  So what does our Father require of us;“8 "And I tell you, everyone who acknowledges me before men, the Son of Man also will acknowledge before the angels of God,” Luke 12:8, English Standard Version (ESV).   How do we acknowledge Jesus before men?  Your relationship with Jesus is how you acknowledge Him.  “13 Therefore, preparing your minds for action, and being sober-minded, set your hope fully on the grace that will be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ. 14 As obedient children, do not be conformed to the passions of your former ignorance, 15 but as he who called you is holy, you also be holy in all your conduct, 16 since it is written, “You shall be holy, for I am holy.” 17 And if you call on him as Father who judges impartially according to each one's deeds, conduct yourselves with fear throughout the time of your exile, 18 knowing that you were ransomed from the futile ways inherited from your forefathers, not with perishable things such as silver or gold, 19 but with the precious blood of Christ, like that of a lamb without blemish or spot.” 1 Peter 1:13-19 ESV.   By being sober minded, full of his love.  Ready to share that love with all mankind.  Remember our father is not willing that any should perish.  “Ah, Lord GOD! It is you who have made the heavens and the earth by your great power and by your outstretched arm!
