They set up princes, but I knew it not. With their silver and gold they made idols for their own destruction.5 I have spurned your calf, O Samaria. My anger burns against them. How long will they be incapable of innocence? 6For it is from Israel;a craftsman made it; it is not God.The calf of Samaria shall be broken to pieces.” Hosea 8:4 and 5, The Holy Bible English Standard Version (ESV) Hosea saw God's people worshiping idols, calves, statues made by the hands of man A relationship with God, not good luck charms, that's how we keep the first thing (Salvation) first. My weekly visit to the Doctor in, Ontario and Fontana yesterday. 3 Doctors plus x rays, had no results so they're trying something different. I'm still trusting Jesus for the healing, doctors don’t heal Jesus does, in spite of their best intentions. The reason for 2 chapters in Hosea is they are short and easy feasting and that's what our schedule for our Feast calls for. Hosea was prophesying God's command, to repent and keep the first thing first salvation. “13 Woe to them, for they have strayed from me! Destruction to them, for they have rebelled against me! I would redeem them, but they speak lies against me.” Hosea 7:13 The Holy Bible English Standard Version (ESV) Hosea spoke God,s words summing up the whole two chapters right here in Hosea 7:13, We want to build a relationship with God, and that's how we keep the first thing (Salvation) first. Admenu Creation - Evolution News 16.- 17 August 2011 Hosea 4 & 5   Dear Saints , Today we prayerfully continue our Feast in God's Word Hosea 4 And 5 tomorrow. My weekly visit to the Doctor in Rancho Cucamonga, Ontario and Fontana. The good news is I may be pronounced, as healed, thank you Jesus. Hosea was married to a promiscuous woman at God's command, and gave his children names that expressed their main messages. The children who were named as Jezreel,(old battle field, in the valley), Lo-Ruhamah,(“not loved.”) and Lo-Ammi (“Not my people.”) Hosea then repeats the two names without the “Lo” prefix—Ammi and Ruhamah.“My people” and “My loved one” accepted again by God's grace. “14For I will be like a lion to Ephraim, and like a young lion to the house of Judah. I, even I, will tear and go away; I will carry off, and no one shall rescue. 15 I will return again to my place, until they acknowledge their guilt and seek my face, and in their distress earnestly seek me.” Hosea 5:14-15, The Holy Bible English Standard Version (ESV) Hosea feared God and obeyed Him in every area of his life, including his wife and children. We hear Hosea speaking of God's people going after other gods. He compares them to whoring people worshiping foreign gods or idols. He also prophesies them coming home to the true God come because of God's love. “4For the children of Israel shall dwell many days without king or prince, without sacrifice or pillar, without ephod or household gods. 5Afterward the children of Israel shall return and seek the LORD their God, and David their king, and they shall come in fear to the LORD and to his goodness in the latter days”.Hosea 3:4-5, The Holy Bible English Standard Version (ESV) If God is willing I will publish the Feast again tomorrow; ““For if we live, we live to the Lord, and if we die, we die to the Lord. You know how I always say keep salvation paid for by Jesus first. Always remember God's word is a two edged sword “21 for it would have been better for them never to have known the way of righteousness than after knowing it to turn back from the holy commandment delivered to them. 22 What the true proverb says has happened to them: The dog returns to its own vomit, and the sow, after washing herself, returns to wallow in the mire." 2nd Peter 2:21 – 22. (ESV). This appears to be addressed to those who ponder the gift of eternal life and fellowship with God. Then they decide that this is not the life for them! “Jesus said to him, "No one who puts his hand to the plow and looks back is fit for the kingdom of God." Luke 9:62 ESV. In this Feast 2nd Peter 1 we hear the apostle of Christ Simeon Peter addressing this letter to the Saints; “ 1Simeon Peter, a servant and apostle of Jesus Christ, (who is writing) To those (The Saints) who have obtained a faith of equal standing with ours by the righteousness of our God and Savior Jesus Christ: 2 May grace and peace be multiplied to you in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord.” 2nd Peter 1:1 – 2. This appears to be addressed to those who have accepted the gift of eternal life and fellowship with God. Not of themselves but by the Grace of God, through the blood of the Lamb, sealed by the Holy Spirit! This epistle is addressed to you the Saints. I will be in the hospital infusion center tomorrow so also Daniel 12.  We are looking at Daniel’s vision, is this person, that we see in Daniel’s prophesy a picture of the Anti-Christ? “36 And the king shall do as he wills. He shall exalt himself and magnify himself above every god, and shall speak astonishing things against the God of gods. He shall prosper till the indignation is accomplished; for what is decreed shall be done. 37He shall pay no attention to the gods of his fathers, or to the one beloved by women. He shall not pay attention to any other god, for he shall magnify himself above all." Daniel 11:36, 37. The Holy Bible English Standard Version (ESV).  We can pray that the Holy Spirit will give us understanding along with peace.   “Are not five sparrows sold for two pennies?
